Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Maintenance Engineer for Courtyard Pittsburgh North/Cranberry Woods in the Cranberry Woods business park. The role focuses on maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general systems to keep the resort/hotel running smoothly.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on maintenance experience in a hotel or resort, strong attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach to guest services.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or resort maintenance role.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing).
• Engaging, welcoming personality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull throughout shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Performs general electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring and air conditioning systems, switches, fixtures and motors.
• Makes repairs on plumbing fixtures, piping, drains and sanitary systems.
• Make repairs to woodwork, wall vinyl, doors and window, carpeting, etc.
• Performs general mechanical maintenance on pumps, compressors, water heaters, automotive equipment, and other miscellaneous equipment.
• Keeps records as required by company policy and procedures. Maintains logs on completed tasks. Prepares reports as requested by supervisors. Submits all requested reports/logs in a timely manner.
