Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician for Westin Baltimore in Linthicum Heights, MD. The role requires hands-on work maintaining building systems and equipment to ensure guest safety, comfort, and energy efficiency.

Ideal candidates have experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Carpentry, with strong communication skills and the ability to complete work orders and routine inspections.

Qualifications

• Vocational schooling, military training, certification and/or experience in building related trades such as HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or Carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance and basic repairs across hotel systems and equipment.
• Inspect and service electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and related hotel assets to maintain safety and standards.
• Respond to guest and team requests with courteous communication and timely action.
