Job summary

Westin Baltimore is seeking an on-site Maintenance Engineer to uphold building systems and the building envelope for guest safety and comfort. You will participate in preventive maintenance programs, follow SOPs and city codes, and help reduce energy use while maintaining high product quality.

The role requires hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry, with hotel maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Vocational schooling, military training, certification and/or experience in building related trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry components as required.
• Maintain building exterior and interior spaces to ensure safety and guest comfort.
