Job summary

Westin Baltimore - Linthicum Heights, MD is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming guest rooms and corridors. This full-time role requires physical stamina and attention to detail to uphold HEI Hotels and Resorts’ service standards.

You’ll strip and change linens, dust and vacuum, replenish amenities, and ensure rooms meet appearance standards while following safety procedures and attendance expectations.

Qualifications

• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and work in confined spaces.
• Willing to pitch in and help coworkers as a team member.
• Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to push/pull equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters and floors.
• Strip beds and change bed linens, up to 50 lbs.
• Dust furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges and shelves.
• Vacuum and empty trash; replenish amenities and supplies.
• Sign for room keys, retrieve and restock heavy cart.
• Visually inspect rooms for cleanliness and sign completion.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
