Qualifications

• Trade schooling or military training in HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing/Carpentry
• 3+ years hands-on hotel maintenance experience
• Hotel/standards knowledge for maintenance and safety

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs of hotel systems
• Manage life safety systems and utilities compliance
