Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in hospitality or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day hotel facilities and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Monitor fire alarm and life safety systems and respond to emergencies.
- Log readings from meters and maintain daily activity records.
- Provide guidance and training to other engineers as needed.
