You’ll respond to service requests and perform a range of maintenance tasks across trades, while documenting inspections and coordinating with teams.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and repair skills across multiple trades are preferred.
• Strong commitment to guest hospitality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities: ensure physical functionality and safety of the property including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Respond to service requests: quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders.
• Perform maintenance tasks across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and document activities.
• Record inspections and repairs and flag issues for follow-up.
