Qualifications

• Certified or proficient in three or more areas of hotel maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Advanced expertise in hotel systems and equipment.
• Three years related experience in building trades required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in and around the hotel across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and related systems.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and update work orders in the system.
• Respond to guest and internal service requests; escalate when outside scope of authority.
• Provide guidance to less experienced engineers as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
