Job summary

Hotel Irvine is seeking a General Maintenance B Engineer to maintain plumbing, electrical, HVACR, carpentry, and window/door systems within the hospitality facility. You will support guest services and profitability by ensuring safe, efficient operations and proactive maintenance.

Ideal candidates have hospitality industry exposure and basic math skills, with bilingual English/Spanish being helpful for cross-department communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality industry or similar industry is helpful.
• Language skills: bilingual in English/Spanish are helpful to communicate across departments.
• Mathematical skills: basic math for daily tasks and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVACR, carpentry, window and door systems.
• Assist in major repairs and improvements to the facility.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks for the department.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
• Adhere to safety standards and department guidelines.
