HHM Hospitality is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Engineer in Anaheim, CA. The role focuses on preventative and repair work to uphold quality and sustainability standards while ensuring guests are treated warmly and professionally.

Responsibilities include room inspections, basic electrical work, plumbing, furniture repair, and maintaining maintenance records. The position requires a high school diploma and trade school coursework, with prior maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous engineer/maintenance experience or equivalent training required.
• High School diploma and Trade school coursework in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms and identify repair needs.
• Install or repair sheetrock and wall coverings.
• Paint designated areas and items.
• Install and replace basic electrical fixtures, switches, receptacles, bulbs and fixtures.
• Repair furniture and install/repair televisions.
• Perform minor plumbing functions.
• Maintain repair and preventive maintenance records.
• Follow safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and assist during peak check-in/out as needed.
