Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in Seaside, CA to perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms and hotel systems. You will handle work orders, troubleshoot basic electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues, and help maintain pools, landscaping, and equipment across the property.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of general maintenance experience, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally, and any HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification is a

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required.
• Hotel maintenance experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
