Qualificações

• Certified or proficient in three or more areas of hotel maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.

Responsabilidades

• Perform repairs around the hotel across HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority and escalate as needed.
• Use computer to receive work orders and record work performed.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on tools and equipment and keep them in good working order.
• Inspect and repair parts throughout the property, such as machinery, drains, lighting, and filters.
