Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to service the West Palm Beach property. You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, perform routine preventive maintenance, and maintain pool/grounds while ensuring guest safety and comfort.

The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry, with the ability to work flexible shifts and communicate in English. Join a team that values proactive initiative and safety.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of multiple maintenance trades including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair routine hotel systems.
• Willingness to work varied shifts in a 24/7 operation.
• Effectively communicate with team and guests in English.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical and electrical systems hotel-wide (e.g., HVAC, plumbing).
• Performs preventive maintenance on a scheduled basis.
• Maintains the hotel’s pool, grounds, and exterior areas.
• Follows safety procedures and reports hazards to supervisor.
• Assists other engineering staff as needed.
