Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general carpentry
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize and respond to maintenance requests

Responsibilities

• Oversees property grounds, public areas, and hotel guest rooms
• Performs preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns
• Repairs and maintains HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing components
• Inspects fixtures and lighting, ensures spare parts are stocked
• Responds quickly to maintenance orders and completes work orders
• Completes daily rounds and reports issues
• Performs other duties as assigned
