Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The role involves overseeing property grounds, public areas, and guest rooms, with hands-on preventive maintenance and timely response to work orders.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in hotel maintenance, solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry, and strong time management and communication skills. We offer daily pay, health benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hotel maintenance (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general carpentry.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and responding to maintenance requests.

Responsibilities

• Oversees property grounds, public areas and hotel guest rooms.
• Conducts preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Paints, replaces electrical accessories, maintains HVAC.
• Check fixtures, lighting and signs; maintain spare parts and bulbs.
• Responds to maintenance orders promptly.
• Fulfills work orders in a timely manner.
• Daily rounds; identify and report problems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
