Responsibilities

• Oversees property grounds, public areas and guest rooms.
• Performs preventative maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
• Paints and maintains electrical components, HVAC systems.
• Checks fixtures, lighting and signs; ensures spare parts and bulbs.
• Responds to maintenance orders promptly.
• Fulfills work orders in a timely manner.
• Completes daily rounds and reports issues.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
