Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at one of our locations. The role focuses on hands-on maintenance across hotel facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet high standards.

The role requires 2+ years in hotel maintenance, a solid technical background, and strong problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years in hotel maintenance position (preferred).
• One year of college or trade school in mechanical, electrical, and/or technical disciplines.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversees property grounds, public areas and guest rooms.
• Performs preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Paints, replaces electrical accessories, maintains HVAC.
• Checks fixtures, lighting and signs for proper operation; maintains spare parts.
