Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• CPO and appliance repair certification is desired, or ability to obtain certification based on property needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in engineering operations and maintenance of hotel assets.
• Support preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections under the Chief Engineer’s guidance.
• Provide safe, courteous guest service and respond to requests as needed.
• Follow SOPs and cooperate with other departments to meet guest needs.
