Job summary

Flexjet is seeking a Hotel Logistics Coordinator in Cleveland to join our Logistics team. You will work with the Scheduling Department to ensure crewmembers have suitable lodging and ground transportation during duty times.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 1–3 years in hotel/travel, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation. Night, weekend, and holiday hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years in hotel/travel industry.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Equivalent education/experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Confirm hotel accommodations per SOP.
• Arrange ground transportation as needed.
• Answer crewmember questions via email/phone.
• Complete invoice approval and coding.
• Update daily spreadsheets and reports.
• Support supervisor with miscellaneous projects.
• Provide solutions to crewmembers with logistics inquiries.
