Job summary

Flexjet in Cleveland, OH seeks a Cabin Server Scheduling Coordinator to optimize cabin server resource utilization and develop long-range staffing plans in line with company policy and regulations. You will deliver exceptional service to Cabin Servers, Crewmembers and internal customers within Operations.

The role collaborates with crew planning and Flight Department teams to align schedules, update the centralized aviation database, and implement staffing and training plans across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or aviation preferred.
• Two to four years of related experience; scheduling/planning in aviation preferred.
• Scheduling experience within Flexjet or airline operations environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term staffing plans for Cabin Servers.
• Monitor and adjust aircraft coverage schedules to ensure staffing and utilization.
• Coordinate with crew planning and Flight Department teams to align schedule planning.
• Ensure updates are made to Cabin Server schedules in the centralized aviation database.
• Reconcile Cabin Server schedules for payroll reporting including PTO and overtime.
