Job summary

Flexjet LLC is seeking a Cabin Server Scheduling Coordinator in Cleveland to optimize staffing and ensure efficient use of cabin server resources. You will work with Cabin Servers, Crewmembers and Operations to align schedules with regulations and policies.

You will develop long-term staffing plans, monitor coverage, and coordinate with crew planning and Flight Department teams to ensure accurate scheduling and payroll reporting. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or aviation preferred.
• 2–4 years related experience; Flexjet employee with proven results may be considered.
• 1–2 years scheduling/planning in aviation environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop long term staffing plans for Cabin Servers.
• Monitor and adjust aircraft coverage schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
• Coordinate with crew planning and Flight Department teams to align schedules.
• Reconcile Cabin Server schedules for payroll reporting ( PTO and overtime).
• Provide exceptional customer service to Cabin Servers, Crewmembers and internal customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager or Director.
