Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of kitchen experience.
• Team oriented, empathetic, friendly and show initiative.
• Represent the hotel professionally to guests.

Responsibilities

• Performs all methods of cooking and portion control per hotel specs.
• Operate and maintain all kitchen equipment safely and properly.
• Maintains food line stocked and restocked as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of cooking areas.
• Notifies supervisor of potential safety hazards and guest complaints.
• Ensure food is properly handled and stored.
• Represent the hotel in a professional manner to guests.
• Assist with daily duties and assigned projects.
