Mansioni

• Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Direct, train, and monitor Line Cook performance; maintain clean and sanitary work areas.
• Prepare and assign production and prep work; review priorities.
• Communicate changes to assignments during the shift.
• Set up work stations with mis en place, tools, equipment and supplies; close out at shift end.
• Inform Sous Chef of supplies to requisition for the day.
