Job summary

Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is seeking an experienced intermediate line cook to join our hotel kitchen team. You will operate at a single station, communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to the preparation of high-quality dishes for our guests.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of culinary experience and a culinary degree or related hotel background. The role offers full-time hours with opportunities for growth and training within Hyatt.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in a fast-paced culinary environment.
• Proficient English language skills are required.
• 2 years of previous culinary experience.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
• Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills including using basic kitchen equipment.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
