Job summary

Stonebridge Hospitality Management is seeking a Line Cook to join our hotel kitchen team. You will prepare and cook food to the hotel’s standards under the supervision of a chef, supporting breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, and room service with attention to quality and safety.

Responsibilities include mise en place, following recipes, maintaining sanitation, and helping manage guest orders in a timely, friendly manner. A culinary background with formal training or experience is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in culinary arts or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Strong knowledge of pantry items, sandwiches, salads and desserts.
• Safe Serve/Food Handler’s certification required.
• Ability to follow recipes and ensure consistency in quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for the shift and set up cooking stations.
• Cook and assemble menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen at all times.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and inventory as needed.
