Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in culinary arts or equivalent or 6 months–1 year related experience.
• Strong knowledge of pantry items, sandwiches, salads and desserts.
• Ability to follow recipes and use measurement conversions.
• Experience in high-paced kitchen environments.
• Safe Serve/FoodHandler certification.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for the shift and set up the station.
• Cook items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with sanitation standards.
• Handle guest orders in a friendly and timely manner.
• Inspect all food before sending from the kitchen.
• Follow opening and closing procedures and assist in stock Requisitions.
