Midas Hospitality is seeking a Dual Assistant General Manager to support hotel operations in Kingdom City, MO. You will partner with the Dual GM to drive guest experiences, develop teams, and achieve financial goals.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in hospitality, a strong understanding of hotel operations, and the ability to manage diverse departments in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role requires flexibility and a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Hospitality leadership experience in hotel operations.
• Post-secondary education in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of guest service standards and brand compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel departments with the Dual GM.
• Lead daily hotel operations and act as Manager on Duty.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop associates.
• Manage performance, recognition, and development initiatives.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and service recovery.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvement plans.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, labor and expense controls.
• Support revenue management and rate integrity.
• Ensure compliance with standards and safety procedures.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure asset condition.
