Responsibilities

• Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic kitchen area.
• Carry out general cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, washing up, and waste disposal.
• Ensure back-of-house areas and equipment are cleaned per schedule.
• Follow health, hygiene and safety guidelines when handling substances.
• Report maintenance or hazards to the supervisor on duty.
• Take on any other duties as assigned by management.
