Job summary

Tandem Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a Kitchen Steward for Hotel Indigo New Orleans to maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and reception areas. You will ensure china, glass, and silverware are cleaned to high standards and support event setups.

This role requires standing for long periods, teamwork, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced hotel environment. Training on safety and sanitation will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for the successful cleaning of all china, glassware, silverware, operational supplies
• Some light prep may be required
• Setup and breakdown of meetings and events
• Proper daily cleaning of all kitchen equipment, china, glass and silver
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen as well as reception space
