Waterford Hotel Group in Hartford, CT is seeking a Kitchen Dishwasher to support our back-of-house operations. You will operate pot-washing machinery and perform general cleaning to maintain a hygienic kitchen, following hygiene regulations and safety guidelines.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, flexibility with hours, physical stamina, and the ability to work under pressure. A background check is required.

Responsabilités

• Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment.
• Carry out general cleaning, sweeping, mopping and waste disposal per schedule.
• Ensure kitchen and back-of-house areas and equipment are cleaned as directed.
• Adhere to health, hygiene and safety guidelines when handling substances.
• Report maintenance or hazards to supervisor on duty.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by hotel management.
• Maintain efficiency during shift changes and adapt to varying activities.
