Drury Inn & Suites in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a hospitality-focused food prep team member. Under general supervision, you will prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment per recipe cards to fulfill guest orders, while keeping the prep area clean, organized, and aligned with Drury’s standards.

The role requires 21+, English communication, the ability to operate POS and kitchen equipment, and the flexibility to cross-train as a bartender if needed; you’ll deliver friendly,

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly.
• Ability to operate machines and equipment used, including POS software, dishwashers, kitchen equipment, etc.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of team members; maintain professionalism.
• Opportunity to cross-train and support as bartender if needed.
• Ability to clean and maintain areas for which responsible.
• Ability to move around bar and kitchen area efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of food products using kitchen equipment per recipe cards to fulfill guest orders.
• Maintains the food prep area in a clean, well-organized manner while delivering food and assisting guests.
• Represents Drury culture with integrity, service, and hospitality at all times.
• Has general knowledge of the hotel, area, and events to answer questions.
