Job summary

Drury Hotels in Phoenix is seeking team members for kitchen prep and related roles. You will prepare food items according to recipes, maintain a clean prep area, and assist guests while delivering high hospitality standards.

Prospective staff should be able to communicate in English, work with POS systems, and be willing to cross-train as a bartender when needed. The position supports a fast-paced hotel dining environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years or older.
Ability to take written and verbal directions in English and speak clearly.
Ability to operate POS software, dishwashers, kitchen equipment, etc.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members; handle difficult situations professionally.
Ability to cross-train and support as bartender if needed.
Ability to clean and maintain areas of responsibility.
Ability to move around bar and kitchen areas efficiently.

Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment according to recipes.
Maintain a clean, well-organized prep area and assist guests as needed.
Deliver food and promote Drury culture with customers and co-workers.
Have knowledge of the hotel, area and events to answer questions.
