Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes at proper water temperatures and uses the dishwasher machine.
• Restocks clean glasses, silverware and plates and maintains adequate levels of clean tableware.
• Performs general cleaning in order to stay in compliance with Health Department standards.
• Keeps the dish machine clean and reports any functional or mechanical problems to supervisor.
• Maintains adequate levels of detergents and cleaning supplies for the kitchen.
• Removes the trash and rotates stock as needed.
