Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• ServSafe certification or equivalent as required by company policy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry up to 25 lbs
• Must be able to work varied day, night, weekend and holiday shifts

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the dishwashing procedures to ensure cleanliness and proper storage of dishware and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation, kitchen, and food storage areas at all times.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments as scheduled.
• Organize items as they are cleaned and restock areas.
• Follow health, safety standards and chemical handling policies.
