Job summary

King's Hawaiian Holding in Torrance, CA is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to wash and restock dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and keep the dishwashing area clean. Flexibility to take on additional tasks is required.

Must have weekend availability and able to work early morning shifts and overtime when needed. Responsibilities include stocking, sanitation, and following GMPs; understanding proper setup, maintenance of equipment, and safe lifting.

Qualifications

• Speaks and understands English.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion.
• Able to stand and/or walk for long periods.
• Weekend availability required.
• Able to work early mornings, weekends, holidays, and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Washes all dishes, utensils, and pots/pans.
• Restocks clean dishes, utensils, and pots/pans.
• Loads and unloads the dishwasher following procedures.
• Stocks kitchen storage, walk-ins, and freezers using FIFO.
• Maintains sanitation and cleaning of dishwashing area.
• Assists in prep and other areas as needed.
• Reports maintenance or safety issues to management.
• Follows sanitation guidelines and safety procedures.
