• Strong knowledge of preparing various cuisines, relishes, soups, and salads.
• Manual coordination to handle food containers and operate kitchen equipment.

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards.
• Control food waste and assist in managing food cost problems.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
