Qualifications

• 3-6 months in food/beverage services environment.
• Knowledge of various cuisines, relishes, soups, and salads.
• Familiarity with safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes.
• Manage food containers, ensuring proper date and rotation.
• Assist in correcting food cost problems and control waste.

Skills

Strong knowledge of industrial ovens and cooking ranges

Basic understanding of culinary principles

Ability to communicate in English

Education

High school education or equivalent
