Qualifications

• Follow brand and IHM SOPs to prepare food and beverages.

• Basic knowledge of operating all Food and Beverage equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate all food items on the menu.
• Follow brand recipes and IHM standards when cooking.
• Receive and check food and beverage orders as needed.
• Keep kitchen well-stocked and organized at all times.
• Utilize hot equipment (ovens, stoves, microwaves) to cook.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces and floors after service.
