Job summary

Lodging Dynamics is hiring a PM Cook at the AC Hotel by Marriott Seattle Bellevue/Downtown. The role emphasizes maintaining food quality, guest service, and efficient kitchen operations within a hotel setting in the Seattle/Bellevue area.

You will manage inventories, ensure health and safety standards, and support evening event preparations, with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction. The position requires 1–2 years of kitchen experience and Spanish language skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of kitchen experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and customer-facing skills preferred.
• Strong leadership and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food quality and guest service standards and resolve complaints.
• Manage monthly inventories and reduce breakage and loss.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas.
• Prepare items for evening receptions and oversee item preparation.
• Restock inventory and follow health department storage procedures.
