Job summary

Lodging Dynamics is seeking a PM Cook for AC Hotel by Marriott Seattle Bellevue/Downtown. You will maintain quality of food and guest services, handle daily kitchen tasks, and collaborate with team to ensure smooth service during shifts.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years kitchen experience, fluency in Spanish, and ability to lead with strong customer service. A food service permit is required by local authorities, and training in planning and organization is

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and guest services; resolves guest complaints.
• Responsible for monthly inventories and initiates programs to reduces breakage and loss in glassware and silverware.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Prepare items needed and oversee preparation of the needed items for the evening reception.
• Restock items that were depleted during the shift and maintain proper storage procedures specified by Health Department and Hotel requirements.
