Responsibilities

• Advise supervisor of low inventory items; assist in receiving items and taking inventory as required; minimize waste.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
• Maintain a clean, neat and well-organized work area; report unsafe or malfunctioning equipment.
• May assist by performing ware washer or other duties as needed.
• Prepare and cook orders for daily operations.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen area to meet health standards.
• Report unsafe equipment, low supplies or safety incidents.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment.
• May assist with other duties as assigned.
