Qualificações

• Evening, weekends and all holidays availability required.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and sanitation standards.
• Experience supervising kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares all foods in accordance to standard recipes and quality.
• Checks proper storage, rotation and portion control.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Monitors cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
• Reads and uses basic math to prepare items per recipes.
• Other duties as assigned.
