Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise supervisor of low inventory items; assist in receiving items and taking inventory as required; minimize waste.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
• Maintain a clean, neat and well-organized work area; report unsafe or malfunctioning equipment.
• Prepare and cook orders for daily operations; maintain sanitation standards per Health Board and InterContinental requirements.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment; inform supervisor about unsafe equipment or safety incidents.
