Qualifications

• Hands-on Microsoft 365, AD, imaging, and networking experience.
• Experience with hospitality IT environments preferred.
• 2 years in a hotel setting required.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365, AD provisioning, and permissions.
• Image and deploy Windows devices across properties.
• Support Lightspeed PMS, Saflok, and other hospitality systems.
• Troubleshoot authentication, sync, and configuration issues.
