Job summary

Vinayaka Hospitality seeks an IT Support Specialist for a full‑time, multi-property environment requiring travel. You will administer Microsoft 365, manage Active Directory, and support enterprise applications across several hotels.

Ideal candidates will have hands‑on experience with Lightspeed PMS, Saflok, UniFi, Barracuda email security, and other hospitality tech. Hybrid on-site and travel to properties is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting multi-property hotel IT environments.
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 and AD.
• Experience with endpoint deployment and imaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 IT support across multiple hotel properties.
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, licensing, mailbox permissions).
• Configure and manage Active Directory, SharePoint, and OneDrive permissions.
