Job summary

White Lodging in Milwaukee seeks an IT Support Analyst for the Milwaukee Hotel Collection to maintain and assist with computing and network issues for guests and team members. Under the Area IT Manager, you will coach users and document processes to improve support efficiency.

You will install and configure PCs, diagnose problems, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors on PMS, POS and PBX systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• A+ Certification.
• Ability to communicate technology simply, effectively, in writing and speech, with guests and colleagues.
• Solid attention to detail and organizational skills with reliable follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and upgrade PCs, laptops and related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on IT systems.
• Ensure connectivity of devices to LAN/WAN and resolve guest connectivity issues.
• Assist with hotel technology projects and basic cabling.
• Support and coordinate with vendors for PMS, POS, and PBX systems.
• Manage server backups and printer setup/maintenance.
• Connect peripheral equipment as needed.
