Job summary

Loews Miami Beach Hotel is seeking a skilled IT professional to maintain hotel information technology systems, hardware, and infrastructure at our South Beach property. You will support day-to-day operations, ensure uptime, and safeguard network and endpoint security across front-of-house and back-office systems.

Ideal candidates will have a two-year college degree and at least two years of related IT experience, plus knowledge of desktop hardware/software, networking (DHCP/DNS), PMS interfaces,

Qualifications

• Two year college degree required.
• Two years related IT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of desktop hardware and software installation/configuration.
• Knowledge of networking systems including DHCP and DNS.
• Familiarity with PMS interfaces and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assign, manage, and perform tasks to ensure hardware/software uptime and security.
• Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and patch OS and applications; update antivirus.
• Provide data and telephony connectivity support to enterprise network.
• Maintain inventory of hardware, software, licenses and server images.
• Perform backups and ensure data integrity; restore servers as needed.
• Coordinate IT projects with Local/Regional and Corporate IT teams; assist budgeting.
