Job summary

Loews Miami Beach Hotel is seeking an IT professional to maintain the hotel's information technology systems, hardware, and infrastructure. You will supervise day-to-day IT operations at assigned locations to ensure availability and security of endpoints, servers, and network devices.

Collaborate with Local IT Director, Regional IT Leadership and Corporate IT Teams for planning and upgrades. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, budgets, and licensing agreements while supporting staff with

Qualifications

Knowledge of Desktop Hardware and Software Installation and Configuration.
Knowledge of Networking systems to include hubs, switches, DHCP and DNS.
Knowledge PMS and related interfaces.
Knowledge of Retail and F&B POS Systems.

Responsibilities

Assign, manage, and perform tasks for IT hardware, servers, printers, and network devices to ensure uptime.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and patch operating systems and applications on endpoints and servers.
Provide support for data and telephony connectivity across enterprise networks.
Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and licenses and ensure backups and restorations are possible.
Support hotel business tech including POS, High-Speed Internet, PMS interfaces, and telephony to maximize uptime.
