Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled trade work in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other maintenance disciplines.
• Respond to maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergency situations promptly.
• Monitor and maintain hotel systems and equipment for safe, optimal performance.
• Conduct routine inspections and document maintenance activities.
