Job summary

Loews Miami Beach Hotel is seeking an IT Manager to maintain hotel information technology systems, hardware, and infrastructure across our South Beach property. You will oversee day-to-day IT operations at the assigned location, ensuring uptime, security, and proper configuration of endpoints, servers, and network devices while providing staff direction and supervision.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Desktop Hardware Installation and Configuration.
• Networking systems including hubs, switches, DHCP and DNS.
• Knowledge of PMS and related interfaces.
• Knowledge of Retail and F&B POS Systems.
• Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Support and Management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel IT systems, hardware, and infrastructure.
• Provide staff direction and supervise IT operations.
• Ensure uptime, security, and availability of endpoints, servers, printers, and network devices.
• Monitor and patch operating systems and applications; manage anti-virus protection.
• Support connectivity for data and telephony across the hotel network.
• Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and licenses.
• Support hotel business tech (POS, FTG/VOD, Telephony, PMS interfaces) and ensure maximum uptime.
• Coordinate IT projects with Local IT Director, Regional IT Leadership and Corporate IT Teams.
• Review operating and capital IT budgets.
